Subramanian has founded MA in 2007 with a strong team of people to provide
world class education at the doorsteps of the students. The Core team
carries rich and varied experiences (PhD in technology, Post graduate
in Law, MBA from top notch institutions and IIT Graduates). The core
team is totally involved and fully dedicated to furthering the interests
and prospects of MA.
Teachers
Meccademia has a pool of 8 very competent full-time faculty ensuring
that students get highly effective teachers in all three subjects all
through your studies. We are happy to say that we have teachers who have
passed out of IITs and have rich experience
of training students with top institutes in India .
We have teachers with an excellent attitude, perseverance and a penchant
to work in an environment charged with excellence and driven by values.
The total experience of the entire team is 75+ man years.
Managing Director
Subramanian K
Subramanian is an educationist with many years of experience in the
field of education. Subramanian has worked with an India based
educational organization for over 4 years out of which he spent 2.5 years
setting up their middle east operations. Not only does Subramanian run
the whole setup in the Middle East single handedly, he also undertakes
teaching the students Maths. He is one of the best and most successful
teachers and is consistently given the highest grading by the students
for his teaching and his ability to get excellent results. Mr. Subramanian
is much more than just a teacher to his students. He has the capacity
to understand very well the needs and requirements of the children and
he ensures that he keeps them motivated through seminars and presentations
where they are exposed to different methods of study that they can use
to help them prepare for their exams. Subramanian personally has trained
over 3000 students in the past three years and teaching continues to
remain as his first love. His engineering background from top engineering
college and management exposure in IIMs helps him make the transition
between different streams of education an easy reality.
Besides all these, most of the students and parents are familiar with Subramanian’s
articles in the Notes published by the Gulf News and his detailed, well
researched and highly informative replies to the many questions raised
by readers of Notes and the sensible guidance he offers students in pursuing
their respective academic ambitions. He also takes seminars for the students
all over UAE on various topics including Career Counseling, Path Ahead,
Goal Setting and Education Abroad.
HR & Administration
Sarika Saini
She is the HR face of MA. She loves interacting with people and listening
to them and that makes her natural HR. Her background double degree in
Electrical Engineering only helps her understand the Engineers (most
of our employees) all the more. She has worked with best of the Indian
and MNC engineering firms like Anama Energies, Grundfos etc. and is keen
to bring the best HR practices home to MA. She handles our HR and Administration
cell and looks after our recruitment, training and policies.
Lata Pamnani
A young graduate from UOWD, Dubai, Lata is our career enhancer. She
loves interacting with young children and listening to their concerns.
At MA, she got an opportunity to mix her interest with her job. On one
hand she is busy mentoring students and on the other she handles our
HR and Administration cell and looks after our recruitment, training
and policies.
